1- My son who has some mental health issues had a great time on his school residential trip. I am so grateful to be emotionally present to experience his happiness.
2- I am grateful to my husband for making me laugh and offering to cook tea when I got in from my meeting.
3- I am grateful for picking up the phone and talking to my sponsor every day this week. She is trying to get me into better habits so that it becomes second nature to ring her, even when it’s tough and I don’t want too. It’s working!
